Warranty Policy

At R3CON Timepieces, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every timepiece we produce. Each watch is built to exacting standards and is covered under our limited warranty.

What's Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. This includes the movement, case, and crown. Proof of purchase must be shown when sending in a watch for warranty repairs. 

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear including straps, crystals, and surface scratches.

Warranty Period

R3CON Timepieces are covered for 2 year(s) from the date of original purchase.

How to Make a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at info@r3contimepieces.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2–3 business days.
