Ray Passaro – Owner & Curator

Before founding R3CON Timepieces, Ray Passaro served eight years on active duty in the U.S. Army as a Cavalry Scout, rising to the rank of Staff Sergeant and becoming a combat veteran. That experience instilled in him a deep appreciation for discipline, precision, preparation, and equipment built to be trusted — values that now shape how he approaches watches.

Ray is drawn to timepieces that combine purposeful engineering, thoughtful design, and a meaningful story. As a husband and father of three, family is at the center of his life and has strengthened his belief that the things we choose to keep should mark important moments, carry meaning, and be worth passing on.

Through R3CON Timepieces, Ray hopes to connect collectors and enthusiasts with watches that have genuine character and stories worth telling.
