R3CON Timepieces Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy governs eligible products purchased directly from R3CON Timepieces. All return, refund, exchange, and store-credit requests are subject to this policy and any rights provided by applicable law.

Preorders, Backorders, and Made-to-Order Products

All preorders, limited-production reservations, backorders, and made-to-order purchases are considered final and may not be canceled or refunded, except when required by applicable law.

By submitting an order for one of these products, the purchaser understands and agrees that inventory, materials, or production capacity may be reserved or assigned specifically to fulfill that order.

Any stated production, availability, or shipping date is an estimate only and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. Such estimates may be revised because of component shortages, manufacturing schedules, quality-control procedures, carrier interruptions, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of R3CON Timepieces. 

Depending on availability and subject to approval by the Company, a purchaser may request to:

• Apply the preorder to another available product of equal value;

• Select a product of a different value and pay or receive the applicable price difference; or

• Convert the amount paid into store credit for a future purchase.

R3CON Timepieces does not guarantee that any requested modification will be approved. All modifications remain subject to product availability and the Company’s authorization.

If R3CON Timepieces determines that it cannot fulfill a preorder, the Company may cancel the order and provide the remedy required under applicable law, including a refund to the original payment method where appropriate.

Standard Returns

A qualifying product may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days following its confirmed delivery date. R3CON Timepieces may reject any product received after the return period unless the Company has approved the late return or applicable law requires its acceptance.

For a product to qualify for return, it must:

• Remain unused and unworn;

• Be in the condition in which it was originally received;

• Include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and protective materials;

• Be enclosed in its original packaging; and

• Be accompanied by a valid receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase.

All returned products are subject to inspection by R3CON Timepieces before any refund, exchange, or store credit is authorized.

Partial Refunds

R3CON Timepieces may, at its sole discretion and where permitted by law, approve a partial refund for a returned product that:

• Is no longer in its original condition;

• Displays evidence of use or wear;

• Has been damaged for reasons not caused by R3CON Timepieces;

• Is missing original parts, accessories, packaging, or documentation; or

• Was received after the applicable return period but accepted by the Company as an exception.

The acceptance of an otherwise ineligible return does not waive any provision of this policy or obligate R3CON Timepieces to accept similar returns in the future.

Refund Review and Processing

After receiving and inspecting a returned product, R3CON Timepieces will notify the purchaser whether the refund request has been accepted or declined.

An approved refund will be credited to the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear is determined by the purchaser’s bank, card issuer, payment processor, or other financial institution and may vary.

Original shipping charges and return-shipping expenses are not refundable unless the return resulted from an error by R3CON Timepieces or applicable law provides otherwise.

Late or Missing Refunds

If an approved refund does not appear within the expected processing period, the purchaser should verify the applicable bank or payment account and contact the relevant card issuer, payment processor, or financial institution. Additional processing time may be required before the refund is officially posted.

Sale and Discounted Products

Products designated as sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted merchandise are final sale and are not eligible for a refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Regularly priced products may qualify for return only if every applicable requirement of this policy has been satisfied.

Exchanges

R3CON Timepieces will consider exchanges only for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Any approved exchange will ordinarily be for the same product and is subject to availability.

Before returning a product for exchange, the purchaser must contact R3CON Timepieces Customer Support and obtain authorization and return instructions. R3CON Timepieces reserves the right to reject products returned without prior authorization.

If an identical replacement is unavailable, the Company may provide a comparable replacement, issue store credit, or offer another remedy consistent with applicable law.

Return Shipping

The purchaser must obtain authorization and return instructions from R3CON Timepieces Customer Support before shipping any product back to the Company.

R3CON Timepieces is not responsible for a returned product that is lost, misdirected, damaged in transit, or otherwise not received by the Company.
